Contract & Interim
Margin on Day Rate
A margin on the day rate, agreed up front. You see the rate the contractor receives and the rate you pay. No hidden spread.
Permanent Placement
Percentage of First Year Package
A percentage of first-year package, payable on start date. Includes a replacement guarantee period.
Embedded Teams
Monthly Rate Per Engineer
A monthly rate per engineer for the duration. Simpler to budget than either of the above, and it flexes if the team size changes.
No fee until someone starts
We don't charge retainers for contract or permanent work, and we don't invoice on shortlist delivery. If nobody starts, you don't pay. Executive search is the exception, where a staged fee is standard because of the time involved, and we'll set that out clearly before you commit.
